Founder of Age Well Solutions (2015) Jennifer combines more than 25 years of leadership and client- service excellence in the financial service and eldercare sectors to her work at Age Well Solutions.

Jennifer and her team provide expert advice and innovative service solutions to help them successfully navigate some of these difficult, later life choices and changes. As a recognized leader in competency-based training for financial service professionals, Jennifer’s passion for whole-person, whole-family service, dementia-friendly training, best practice policy and protocols, and intergenerational engagement helps prepare advisors to not only refocus their efforts to better serve older clients and families, but to meet industry standards and position their practice to thrive.

Jennifer is a returning member of the Seniors Expert Advisory Committee (Ontario Securities Commission), founder of the Dementia-Friendly ProfessionalTM (DFPTM) training program (2016), and is an Elder Planning Counselor, Certified Health Specialist, and Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist.
